Day 4 of a 16 day family cruising vacation, my port engine won't start. Murphy's Law! I call Seven Seas at 4:30 and speak to Mike who stays with me on the phone while he helps me diagnose the problem. Unable to get her started, Mike commits to me that he'll get a mechanic out next day. Sure enough, Rick shows up to my boat after driving 2 hours from Baltimore in 105 degree heat. He quickly diagnoses and with Mike and Stephanie's assistance, my part was overnighted and the repair peformed first thing the next morning. Thanks to Tye for replacing my starter and genny impellor. Tye somehow managed his 6'3" body into my 31' cruiser's engine room in 100 degree heat and replaced the starter in 32 minutes! Thanks to Mike, Stephanie, Tye, Rick and the whole gang at Seven Seas for dropping your busy schedule to get me back on the water!! The rest of our vacation was perfect!
